Short description

Planned technical maintenance of supplied equipment throughout its entire operational life — within warranty obligations and after their expiration. Timely maintenance is not a formality, but a means to prevent unscheduled failures and extend equipment service life.

Scheduled maintenance includes: diagnostics of all functional units, software updates, replacement of consumable components, preventive care of mechanical and electronic systems, and verification of correct operation and compliance with specified parameters.

For each facility, we maintain a service history — this enables tracking wear dynamics, planning component replacement in advance, and avoiding situations where equipment fails at the most inopportune moment. The customer receives a service report after each scheduled visit.
